Objectives
- Responsible for managing all aspects of university examinations, including the preparation of the examination timetable; printing examination question papers; processes, controls and announced the examination results of students. The unit is also responsible for being the coordinator for the University Board Examination and update and store information relating to all bachelor degree programs and diploma programs and review from time to time examination processes.
- Responsible for managing and processing aspects of the data to meet the needs of the various users of the system at the Registry and School / Centres / Institutes, particularly on the Student Information System, better known as Academic Management Integrated System (AMIS). AMIS undertaken at this university is a comprehensive system to manage records and academic performance of each student from the beginning of studies up to graduation level.
Function
1. To issue Circular Examination to the School / Centre / Institute.
2. To publish the Final Examination Schedule for Diploma and Bachelor Degree programs.
3. To manage the Final Examination during examination week stated in Academic Calendar.
4. The handling of printing examination question papers
5. To acts as secretariat for University Board Examination.
6. To manage the examination data processing using the Academic Management Integrated System (AMIS).
7. To make an announcement for the final examination results.
8. To manage the appeals from students to review the results.
9. To manage graduation process for all qualified students.
10. To acts as secretariat for Graduation Commitee Meeting
11. The production of scrolls and academic transcript and handling the submission process of scrolls and academic transcript to graduands.
12. To manage all types of university robes and convocation attire.
13. The handling of students convocation in terms of date of convocation, announcement, invitation, collecting and returning convocation attire and convocation website.
14. To update the graduands record.
