We promise to give  services and advice professionally in implementing policies as well as regulation Human Resource Management and Academic Management of the University which encompasses following functions:


  • Ensure the inauguration of staff, services, training, competency and university administrative matters conducted in an orderly, efficient and effective to meet the needs of each department in accordance with the aspirations of the university.
  • Control academic affairs including the recruitment and admission of students, examinations, graduation, regulations and academic policies in a transparent and authoritative.
  • Control administration of the university by providing management and secretarial services to make sure the activities of teaching, research and consultancy services can be carried out efficiently and effectively.
